Keith Guillot
Keith began working full-time at Bozeman after graduating from LSU and has been at Bozeman for 26 years. In 2003, he along with his brother Bryan and Eric Weimer, purchased Bozeman from his father. He began in purchasing and now his responsibilities include overseeing inventory, shipping and receiving, self service repairs, and technical issues and returns. He purchases all soap and chemical products for car wash customers. He is an owner and operator of several carwashes. Keith is a die-hard LSU and Saints fan. He enjoys traveling and spending time at the camp with his boys.
Bryan Guillot, Jr.
Bryan has been with Bozeman for 20 years. In 2003 he purchased the company from his father, along with his brother Keith and Eric Weimer. Today Bryan schedules all road service maintenance, oversees all safety meetings, and keep all aspects of Bozeman running. Bryan is also an owner/operator of his own car wash and helps with his Dad’s car wash as well. As an avid LSU and Saints fan Bryan tries to never miss a game. Bryan recently became a grandfather and enjoys spending time with his new grandson.
Andrew Kennison
Andrew has been with Bozeman for 4 years. He started as a shop laborer and is now a Honda certified mechanic. Andrew goes on the road to help with Bozeman’s soap deliveries. He is always willing to lend a hand with whatever needs to be done, in the office or on the road. When he’s not working, Andrew loves tailgating at LSU games.
Anthony Bergeron
Anthony has been with Bozeman for 11 years. As a road service technician he troubleshoots problems and provides technical support. Anthony also serves as a team leader on new equipment installations. He also owns and operates his own car wash. Anthony is also an avid fisherman and has gotten good at convincing management to let him off early for late afternoon fishing trips with his son.
Chris Burton
Chris began his career at Bozeman 14 years ago as a shop manager. After moving to Texas for a few years, he returned to Bozeman in 2016 and is now a road service technician. Chris is always will to help in the shop and with Honda power equipment and pressure washer service issues. Chris loves fishing and LSU baseball.
Chris Jarreau
Chris has been with Bozeman for 19 years. As the senior road technician, he oversees all new car wash installs in addition to performing maintenance and repairs. Chris is involved in designing many of Bozeman’s custom pressure wash systems and offering technical phone support to customers as well. When he’s not working, Chris enjoys traveling and power boat racing. He is a metal work artist. Chris has made many sculptures for breast cancer foundations, and some of his work has been featured in the Spanish Town Mardi Gras Museum.
Debbie Ard
Debbie has been with Bozeman for 16 years. She wears many hats as Bozeman’s office manager. From human resources, accounts payable, financials, and payroll to company events, travel, and more, Debbie works directly with the owners on all business matters. She is an avid soccer fan who loves to play and watch the game (and has been known to take a day off during the World Cup). You can always count on her being upbeat and wearing a smile. Debbie loves spending time with her family.
Donnie Schang
Donnie is an in-house shop technician at Bozeman. He brings years of experience in auto repairs, car wash maintenance, and landscaping. Donnie also enjoys woodworking, flipping houses with his brother, and spending time with his family.
Edgar Kron
Edgar has been with Bozeman for 25 years. As the sales manager, he is Bozeman’s go-to guy for all Honda power equipment and parts, as well as the pump and motor product lines. Edgar is the “Voice of Bozeman” as he’s been featured in several radio commercials in addition to representing Bozeman at industry trade shows. Ed is a former United States Marine and enjoys participating in the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival with his family each year.
Glenn Faucheaux
Glenn has been with Bozeman for 14 years. He handles shipping/receiving and assists in resolving inventory issues. Since he is very well versed in Bozeman’s line of pressure washer products, he can work the sales counter. When Glenn isn’t working he enjoys fishing and playing with his 2 Jack Russell Terriers.
Jack Hereford
Jack joined the Bozeman team in April 2022 as a Road Service Technician. Jack came to Bozeman with car wash experience, as his family has owned and operated car washes for the past 20 years. He has been maintaining them for the past 5 years.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, practicing Jujitsu, and building computers. He also enjoys competitive shooting at the gun range.
Jeff Malone
Jeff is the newest member of Bozeman’s sales team, starting in April 2021. He works in counter and phone sales and is specializing in custom pressure washer equipment and soft wash trailer systems. When Jeff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid LSU fan. He also loves grilling on the weekends and Bozeman employees often benefit from it when he returns to work on Mondays!
Josh Bruner
Josh left to pursue other employment and after 6 years he is back! Josh is a well-experienced Shop Mechanic. He can work on all of the equipment coming into the shop, from maintenance to repair to assembly.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys fishing and is a video game enthusiast.
Kimberly Grantham
Kim has been with Bozeman for 22 years. Beginning as a file clerk and receptionist, she now leads the accounts receivable department. She also files the monthly sales tax returns for all parishes and helps with receiving as needed. Kim keeps the office equipment in running order, handles office supplies, and monthly mail outs. She has developed a rapport with many of Bozeman’s customers. Kim loves butterflies, the color green, and singing and playing the flute in her church.
Michael Cormier (Bean)
Bean was originally hired to be a Road Technician but found that being a Shop Technician was much more suited for him. Specifically, he is learning about engines, pumps, and assembling and repairing pressure wash systems.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves to fish and work on his graphic designs.
Paul Ponsano
Paul has been at Bozeman for 37 years. Beginning in counter sales, he is now an industrial salesman with a deep knowledge of all of Bozeman’s product lines. He has relationships with all of Bozeman’s customers and provides technical support for carwash operators. Paul generates all quotes for carwash equipment sales and gathers the necessary information for billing. Paul is an avid LSU sports fan and a tailgating expert.
Richard Atteberry
Richard was originally working for Mr. Bryan Sr. taking care of his car washes. He showed exceptional proficiency at doing this and was asked to come work for Bozeman on a full-time basis as a Shop Technician. He puts together hoses, assembles new pressure washers, and preps new generators for sale. He also helps with the maintenance of equipment.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, working on his car, traveling, and is an LSU Football and soccer fan.
Rob Wilson
Rob has been with Bozeman for 18 years. He uses his excellent price negotiation and research skills for odd part requests in his role as Bozeman’s purchaser. Rob also serves as inventory manager and is constantly working on organizing/streamlining Bozeman’s inventory to control waste. Rob is an avid LSU and little league fan. When he’s not working he raises bearded dragons, enjoys working on his property, and fishing in his pond.
Robby Goodale
Robby has been with Bozeman since March 2014 and started as a shop laborer. He was then promoted to Shop Mechanic specializing in Honda products and would help with counter sales when needed. In January 2022 he moved to full-time counter sales. Robby has become an integral part of our inside sales team.
Robby is a newlywed who loves spending time with his wife, listening to music, and is an LSU sports fanatic.
Ross Weimer
Ross has been at Bozeman for 10 years. However, as Eric’s son, he’s been around the company his entire life. Helping his parents take care of their family-owned car washes provided the knowledge and experience that he uses today in car wash sales. Ross is an owner/operator of several carwashes and co-owner of Bozeman. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family and going to the camp.
Tommy Elliot
Tommy has been with Bozeman for 7 years. He originally came to Bozeman as a car wash customer, but is now a road service technician that performs repairs and monthly maintenance. Tommy also owns and operates several car washes of his own. When he’s not helping car wash customers Tommy enjoys spending time with children and grandchildren.
Zach Roettger
Zach has been with Bozeman for 7 years. He is Bozeman’s go-to guy for technical issues in current and new car washes. As a road service technician, Zach handles the computer payment systems as well as other repairs and maintenance. Always willing to go the extra mile, Zach has become a customer favorite. When he’s not working on car washes he enjoys spending time with his family and going to rock concerts.
