Honda Premier Service is a servicing dealer program to promote customer satisfaction by providing a professional and equal technical experience for warranty service for retailed Honda Power Equipment products not sold by a dealership.

In order to be considered a Premier provider, there is a high level of expectation to complete and maintain the following activities:

• Service all customers.

• Complete warranty repairs in a timely manner.

• Complete all required Honda training.

• Display Honda Premier Service signs, which are provided by Honda.

• Allow use of dealership information for Honda Premier Service dealer listing.

• Provide the necessary tools to technicians.

However, it takes more than consistently carrying out the tasks mentioned above. To qualify as a Honda Premier Service partner a request for the program application and program agreement needs to be made. Once completed, and all requirements are met the application will be reviewed by a Honda Power Equipment District Service Manager, a Honda Power Equipment Field Service Manager, and the Honda Customer Relations Department.
